Ubuntu - GPU - VA-API - vainfo
Verify the settings for VA-API by running vainfo.
vainfo
returns:

- VAEntrypointVLD means that the GPU is capable to decode this format.
- VAEntrypointEncSlice means that the GPU can encode to this format.
