Ubuntu - Boot - Log boot messages
You can enable bootlog in /etc/default/bootlogd.
- /etc/default/bootlogd
BOOTLOGD_ENABLE=Yes
The log is saved in /var/log/boot.
NOTE: This applies to all Ubuntu and Debian systems.
