chia wallet send -i 1 -a NUMBERXCH -m NUMBERXCH FEES -t TARGET ADDRESS

NOTE:

-i 1: The ID of the Wallet.
-a NUMBERXCH: The number of XCH to send.
-m NUMBERXCH FEES: The fees in XCH.
-t TARGET ADDRESS: The target address.
