NOTE:
- -i 1: The ID of the wallet.
- -a NUMBERXCH: The number of chia in XCH.
- -m NUMBERXCH_FEES: The fees in XCH.
- The default is 0.
- -t TARGET_ADDRESS: The recipient address.
